Opal Garnet was formed during the COVID-19 pandemic by two individuals with a vast background in hospitality, venue, and people management. 

Our priority is to work with clients to provide exceptional consulting and coaching services for all their personal and business objectives. We do this by providing our own unique approach and decades of hands-on hospitality experience. For existing venues, we start with a wellness check, exploring your online presence, visual marketing, reviews and customer engagement, and sales process.

Hospitality Training

Our team will work with yours, observing and teaching in a live environment.  

Supervisory and managerial teams are evaluated and coached on prioritizing tasks,  employee relations, cost control, safety and wellness, people management and  conflict deescalation skills.

Hospitality Consultation

Our team immerses itself in the complete operation, rethinking and retraining processes and tasks to create a more efficient, educatd and engaged team.

Cutting costs can be temporary fixes to inherent management issues that disintigrate your business' service and employment reputation.

Instead, we focus on imporoving operations through training to enhance service, directly impacting customer and employee satisfaction, boosting sales and reducing turnover.

Full review of all mechanical and technological systems, building inspections, including review of monthly, quarterly and yearly external and internal maintenance tasks, contracts, and permits.
